RMP Development Blueprint — $7,500 USD

Includes preliminary:

  • Feasibility assessment
  • Development or expansion strategy
  • Recommended accommodation and amenity mix
  • Modular design direction
  • Preliminary project budget
  • Hospitality and management review
  • Site servicing and logistics review
  • Project phasing and development roadmap
  • Consultation session with the RMP team


100% Project Credit: The full $7,500 USD fee will be credited toward a qualifying RMP design, manufacturing or development agreement executed within 180 days of purchase.


The Development Blueprint is preliminary advisory work only. Engineering, architectural stamping, permitting, surveys, environmental work and third-party consultants are excluded unless specifically added in writing.


The fee is non-refundable once work has begun. Recommendations are based on information provided by the client and do not guarantee permits, approvals, costs, financing or project performance.
